- Copy
or include the Invoice and ship with the return.
- Include
complete instructions in the box.
- Include
daytime phone number.
- Do
not tape shoe box and use as a shipping box, (it destroys
the shoe box and will make your return unacceptable).
- Use
original shipping box if possible.
- Bowling
shoes that have been bowled with are not eligible for return!!!!!
- Make
any corrections to the ship to address as needed.
- There
is no service charge for exchanges, But you will be charged
for actual shipping back to you!!!!!
- You
do not need a RMA #.
- Exchanges
only valid for 30 days.
